Which Adobe software can be used on your Mac?

Adobe Systems is the second largest software company in the world. In early 2005, Adobe acquired one of its main competitors, the company Macromedia, for $3.4 billion. In 2007, the company had revenue of U.S. $3,158,000,000 and had over 6,600 employees.
Adobe's main software products that can be used on a Mac are combined in a software package, called Creative Suite. At the moment it is the fourth version of the package, Creative Suite4 (or CS4), which consists of:
- Adobe Acrobat – a family of products that can create and read any Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
- Adobe After Effects.
- Adobe Contribute CS4.
- Adobe Device Central CS4.
- Adobe Dreamweaver – an application that can create sites using either the code or the graphical interface.
- Adobe Dynamic Link.
- Adobe Encore CS4.
- Adobe Fireworks – a graphics editor specially designed for web designers.
- Adobe Flash – one of their best selling products which is actually a family of applications for various Adobe multimedia technologies.
- Adobe Illustrator – a vector graphics editor.
- Adobe Photoshop – a digital photo editor.
